Proven ability to lead teams, produce superior creative work, and provide measurable results. My role as Workforce Development Manager at the Greater Cleveland Film Commission (GCFC) focuses on building, training, and retaining Northeast Ohio’s media production crew base by providing local talent with the education and tools needed to succeed in the industry. GCFC’s workforce development programs are created in consultation with industry experts and in partnership with local high schools, colleges and universities to yield relevant, employer-driven curriculum, training, and networking opportunities for the local media community.

I received my BFA in Technology and Integrated Media from the Cleveland Institute of Art. I’m an interdisciplinary artist specializing in photography, video editing, and graphic design. I enjoy finding creative solutions to help people and projects succeed!
